BioI'm Kyoko Zeppelin Soryu.
I'm looking for my daughter.

Gender: Female... somewhat.
Sexuality: Assumed straight, though in her current form, whether she has much of a sexuality is debatable.
Appearance: Kyoko... well, she isn't the woman she used to be, nor even the fearsome Evangelion Unit 02 she used to be after that. Upon arriving in Paixao Kyoko's body has become changed into a frightful amalgam of human and Eva, with none of the Evangelion's awesome weaponry but much of its imposing stature and grotesqueness. Standing at over eight feet tall, monstrous for a human yet still comparatively tiny for an Evangelion, Kyoko's hunched, muscular form bears few visible traits of femininity. Her nut-brown skin is contrasted by four vivid, almost glowing green eyes, arranged in a four-square formation; her long arms and legs are stringy yet sinewed in appearance, and her core, the source of her life force, protrudes from the centre of her chest as a pulsating red dome about the size of a soccer ball. Her shapeless chest, like the rest of her, is naked, save for remnants -- or maybe replicas -- of the bright red armor she once wore, jutting shoulder struts and a pointed groin plate about all that remain. Her only concession to humanity is a tousled mop of shoulder-length, glossy black hair, dishevelled yet still retaining some shine.
Personality: The Soryu bloodline is a fiery one, and Kyoko is no exception to the rule. Once a respected scientist, the harrowing experiences she's endured have left her slightly unhinged and focused on only one thing: getting her daughter back. She can be charming to those who are kind to her, though her physical charms no longer remain, but to her opponents she is merciless, the image of a predatory mother who will let nothing come between herself and her child. Get on her good side, and she can be rather friendly, if impatient; clash with her, and she's every bit the monster she appears.
Abilities/Weaponry: Kyoko doesn't possess any of the weapons she had as an Eva, though her experience with guns and knives still remains. She's also fairly physically hefty and muscled.
Weaknesses: She's a little bit mad, her appearance sets dogs fleeing and children (and grown men) crying, and she's exceedingly single-minded. She's also extremely intolerant of fools, opponents, and... a lot of people, really, though she does have a softer side.
History: Shortly after the birth of her daughter, Asuka Langley Soryu, Kyoko's work on GEHIRN's fledgling Project E experiment left her emotionally crippled. Her true pride and joy, the first of the Production Model Evas -- Evangelion Unit 02 -- tore her soul from her body upon initial contact and kept it for its own, leaving her human body spiritless and clinically insane, while her soul remained inside the Eva. The now-deranged Kyoko took her own, and attempted to take her daughter's, life, after years of emotional neglect that took their toll on the younger Soryu's psyche.
Upon her body's death, Kyoko's soul remained with the Eva still -- the Eva that her daughter would eventually come to pilot. Through the symbiotic bond between Eva and pilot, Kyoko attempted to guide her troubled daughter and touch her heart, but Asuka, fearing the connection between herself and this robotic "doll", resisted subconsciously. Only when it was almost too late did Asuka learn that the Evangelion she had piloted actually possessed the soul of her mother, and this knowledge drove the two to achieve nearly impossible levels of synchronization and dramatically slaughter both an army of fighter planes and SEELE's flock of Mass Production Evangelions. The MP Evas, however, had one final trick up their metaphorical sleeves, the coveted S2 Engines, possessed by the Angels and allowing near-instant regeneration of wounds. While Kyoko's battery power dwindled to zero and her daughter lay helpless in the entry plug, the MP Evas reconstituted themselves, and as one, descended on Kyoko and Asuka and tore their bodies to shreds.
Kyoko doesn't know how she survived -- she isn't even sure *if* she survived. But if she's alive, then Asuka must be too, and becoming reunited with her daughter is now the only goal on her mind.
